Mr. Skiff, Vermont Author

This week we had a special visit from a well known Vermont author. His name is Mr. Skiff and he is very special to our principal, Mrs. Murphy as he is her DAD!
Mr. Skiff came and visited all of our classrooms and gave everyone a signed copy of Willie the Jumping Frog. This was such a nice visit and so wonderful for everyone to get their own special copy!

Veteran's Pillows

The 21st Century Afterschool program had a sewing class with Mrs. Larocque. Over the holidays they made pillows for their family members and thought that they would like to do the same for some local Veterans. These pillows were presented today to the local Veterans Association. Wonderful job everyone. The pillows are beautiful and so deserving.

May Green Party

The May Green Party was the AMAZING NED SHOW! This awesome yo-yo show encourages kids to always do their best and stay Green! We loved having NED back each year.

Summer's Coming

We've had a busy couple of weeks! This time of year is always super busy with so much fun going on. The 2nd graders had a field trip to Benson's Park in Hudson, NH. We saw some beautiful wildlife and hiked some really cool trails. We also had lunch on the gorgeous grounds while working on our scavenger hunts and got some time on the playground before heading back to school.

Last week the McAuliffe & Murkland Chorus performed a beautiful show here for us at school. The M & M Chorus works very hard to come together to sing such beautiful songs for all to enjoy.
Thanks for such a great show!
